Description of minimum requirements to be posted on this site, and minimum requirements to be classified under a specific category are listed below:

Minimum Requirements

Each Listed attorney is annually interviewed
Documentation of clear record is provided with Proper Bar Membership
Evidence of Legal Insurance
Minimum 5-years practicing Immigration Law
*Continued Education
Favorable evaluations by (2) other attorneys and/or judges familiar with the attorney's work in the specialty area of law
As well a Speciality (See Below)

Defensive Asylum w/ the Immigration Court (Specific): Approvals of at least Five (5) Defenses Asylum Applications at an Immigration Court in the last 2 years.

Consular Processing

Evidence Provided of Approvals Provided in the Following Amounts to be listed in this category

Consular Processing (Generally): Approvals of at least Fifteen (15) Non-Immigrant or Immigrant Visas in the last three (3) years.
Non-Immigrant Visas (Specific): Approvals of any three (3) specific types of Non-Immigrant visas in the last two (2) years. For example, obtaining three L-1 Visas during this time.
Immigrant Visas (Specific): Approvals of any three (3) specific types of Immigrant visas in the last two (2) years. For example, obtaining three Marriage-Based Green Cards during this time.

Employment-Based Green Cards

Evidence Provided of Approvals Provided in the Following Amounts to be listed in this category

Employment-Based Green Cards (Generally): Approvals of at Seven (7) Non-Immigrant or Immigrant Petitions in the last three (3) years.
EB-1a Extraordinary Ability (Specific): Approvals of at least Five (5) EB-1a Form I-140 Petitions in the last two (2) years.
EB-1c Multi-National Executive/Manager (Specific): Approvals of at least Five (5) EB-1c Form I-140 Petitions in the last two (2) years.
EB-2c National Interest Waiver "NIW" (Specific): Approvals of at least Five (5) EB-2c Form I-140 Petitions in the last two (2) years.
